I integrated my sources very well in this paper. It was multifaceted, happening even in the introduction paragraph. In my first draft, I struggled integrating the sources into my first body paragraph. I was ready to split the paragraph in part because it used the same source twice in a row and that seemed like an undiverse use of sources. I preceded to add the David Krajicek quote “a key aspect of the researchers job in MR [Marketing Research] 3.0 will be that of curator, like an expert shopper knowing where the highest quality can be found at the lowest prices” in between the two Steve lohr New York Times articles to accent them and basically turn the paragraph into a sandwich. Another example is how I used the Krajicek quote “Millions of digital data points—about purchases, media use, locations and more—are being collected and warehoused every day; they provide a potential treasure trove of insights just waiting to be mined” as a hook to bring readers in and the Anne Immonen quotes defining data and Big Data to keep them engaged as well as explain my topic and how it would work. I believe this is something I will be able to carry into the future and use to make sure my source integration is fluid and constantly improving.
